Over the past year, most of the work done among the parental leave bits has been, for example, collection consultations and website updates instead of patterns and illustrations.

There has been very little time for drawing just for fun, and after moving the workspace, the drawing tablet also waited in its box for a while before being put to use.

However, a little creative wandering is always necessary; it’s good for both the designer’s drawing hand and mind!
