Nuutajärvi Mansion

I visited my friend living in Nuutajärvi and got a chance to take a tour around the Nuutajärvi mansion. Well fitted for the end of October and Halloween, the weather was foggy and created quite a mood for the old mansion currently under renovation. I was happy there was still some daylight left so I could fill the camera with inspiring photos, and it didn’t get too spooky.

Nuutajärvi is a great place to visit, especially if you are a friend of Finnish glass and ceramics. My friend Taija has her very own ceramic studio Villa Talvik, located nearby the mansion adjacent to their lovely pink house.
